四时辨体捏脊联合闪罐治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察四时辨体捏脊联合闪罐治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证的临床疗效。方法将60例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用四时辨体捏脊联合闪罐治疗,对照组口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液,2组均治疗4周后统计临床症状、血清锌、尿淀粉酶的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组食欲、食量及大便秘结症状积分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组血清锌和尿淀粉酶含量显著升高(P<0.01),且治疗组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论四时辨体捏脊联合闪罐治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile treated with chiropractic therapy based on seasonal differentiation and anorexia flashing （dysfunction of spleen in transport） cupping. Methods 60 cases of children with anorexia were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 30 cases in each. The therapy group was given chiropractic therapy based on seasonal differentiation and flashing cupping, while the control group was given oral Zinc Gluconate Solution. Clinical symptoms, blood zinc and amylase in urine were observed after 2 courses,about 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in therapy group and 83.33% in control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） ; the clinical symptom scores in therapy group like appetite, food intake and constipation were much better than that in control group with statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01 ）;after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the amount of blood zinc and amylase in urine （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Chiropractic therapy based on seasonal differentiation combined with flashing cupping can treat children with anorexia （ dysfunction of spleen in transport） effectively.
