美国《智能制造决策者指南》对上海制造业发展的启示

摘　　要：发展先进制造业事关上海未来发展大局,是防止资源资金资产"脱实转虚"、经济中心建设"空心化"的战略举措。大力发展智能制造则是上海制造业"稳中求进"的战略选择。上海要借鉴主要发达国家和地区的战略部署与重要举措,结合自身发展阶段和基础条件,抓紧探索并走出一条具有上海特色的智能制造发展道路,抢占制造业价值链高端,引领中国制造业突围。The development of advanced manufacturing industry is related to the overall situation of Shanghai＇s future development.It is a strategic measure to prevent the resource capital assets from being destroyed from reality.Vigorously develop intelligent manufacturing is the ＂steady progress＂strategic choice of Shanghai＇s manufacturing industry.It is proposed to study the strategic deployment and important measures of the major developed countries and regions,and to explore and develop a road of intelligent manufacturing development with Shanghai＇s characteristics,to seize the high end of the manufacturing value chain and lead the Chinese manufacturing industry by combining with its own development stage and basic conditions.
