全球化语境下外籍教师跨文化适应性研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的深入发展,教育要素全球流动,教育国际化已经成为我国教育发展的必然选择。外籍教师是我国引进国外智力、构建国际化发展模式的重要国际要素,对推动我国教育国际化进程具有不可替代的作用。然而,在现实工作和生活中,由于不同地域文化的差异性,外籍教师难免出现跨文化适应问题,一定程度上影响他们工作的积极性和主动性。聚焦全球化语境下外籍教师的跨文化适应状况,深入探讨外籍教师群体的基本特点及其在跨文化适应中面临的挑战,提出针对性的解决对策,以增强外籍教师的跨文化适应能力,发挥外籍教师的优势作用,提高我国高校引智工程的效益。With the development of economic globalization,the internationalization of education has become an inevitable choice.As the important factors in introducing foreign talents,foreign teachers play an irreplaceable role in promoting the internationalization of education in China.However,due to cultural differences,foreign teachers will unavoidably encounter difficulties in intercultural adaptation,which,to a certain extent,affects the enthusiasm and initiative of foreign teachers.Therefore,by focusing on the intercultural adaptation of foreign teachers in the context of globalization,the article explores the basic characteristics of foreign teachers and their challenges in intercultural adaptation,and propose corresponding countermeasures to enhance their cultural adaptabilities,so as to give full play to the advantages of foreign teachers,and improve the efficiency in the project of introducing foreign talents.
