摘　　要：随着国家"海洋强国"战略、"一带一路"战略的深入实施,21世纪海上丝绸之路建设得到了政府、学界和民间社会的极大关注,推动"一带一路"战略的实施既需要我们立足现实,也需要我们回顾历史与传统,海上丝绸之路既要重"丝绸"物的研究,更要重视"海洋社会"这一最基础、最基本"人"的研究。通过对于"人"的研究,促进文化认同、理解互信,打通21世纪海上丝绸之路建设的"民心相通"工程。With the national strategy of ＂sea power＂,＂indepth implementation of The Belt and Road＂ strategy,the construction of the maritime Silk Road in 21 century has been of great concern in academia and government,civil society.Promoting the implementation of the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy not only needs to base on the reality,but also needs to review the history and tradition of research the maritime Silk Road to ＂silk＂,more attention should be paid to the most basic research of ＂Ocean Society＂ and of ＂human＂.it is expected the cultural identity,mutual understanding and trust can be promoted through the research on ＂people＂,the ＂people connected＂project can be well set up with the construction of Maritime Silk Road in 21 century.
