鬼针草提取物解热抗菌抗病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察鬼针草提取物是否具有解热、抗菌、抗病毒作用。方法采用伤寒菌致家兔发热模型及2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热2个模型,观察鬼针草提取物解热作用;采用金黄色葡萄球菌及表皮葡萄球菌感染小鼠模型,研究鬼针草提取物的体内抗菌作用;通过测定鬼针草提取物对临床分离菌株的最小抑菌浓度值(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),研究鬼针草提取物的体外抗菌作用;采用流感甲型和乙型病毒感染的犬肾细胞(madin-darby canine kidney cells,MDCK)模型,通过观察鬼针草提取物对MDCK细胞病变的改善情况,研究鬼针草提取物的体外抗病毒作用。结果家兔解热试验表明,鬼针草提取物能明显抑制伤寒菌苗所致的发热,解热作用显著,呈剂量效应关系;2,4-二硝基苯酚引起大鼠发热作用的试验结果表明,鬼针草提取物解热作用显著,呈剂量效应关系;体内外抗菌试验表明,鬼针草提取物具有抑菌和杀菌作用,体内抗表皮葡萄球菌ED_(50)为24.62 g·kg^(-1),体内抗金色葡萄球菌ED_(50)为29.16 g·kg^(-1);体外抗流感病毒试验表明,鬼针草提取物具有能抑制流感甲型和乙型病毒的作用。结论鬼针草提取物具有解热、抗菌、抗病毒作用。Objective To study theantipyretic, antibiotic and antivirus effects of Bidens bipinnata L. Methods Observe the antipyretic effect of Bidens bipinnata L. by the pyretic rabbit and mouse model caused by typhoid bacteria and 2,4-dinitrophenol separately; study the antibiotic effect of Bidens bipinnata L. in vivo by the mouse model infected with epidermis staphylococcus aureus 17 and staphylococcus 13; study the antibiotic effect of Bidens bipinnata L. in vitro by the determination about MIC value of Bidens bipinnata L. towards clinical separated bacterials train;Based on the MDCK cell model infected with influenza virus A and B, study the antivirus effect of Bidens bipinnata L. in vitro by observing its good effects on the diseased MDCK cell. Results Bidens bipinnata L. have antipyretic effect in dosage-effect relationship towards pyretic rabbit and mouse model caused by typhoid bacteria and 2,4-dinitrophenol separately, which is in accordance with the dosage-effect relationship, where the former suggests Bidens bipinnata L. ＇s ability to inhibit the fever caused by typhoid bacteria effectively, Bidens bipinnata L. have bacteriostatic and bactericide effects both in vitro and vivo, where the EDso towards staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus is 24. 62 g. kg-1, 29. 16 g kg-1 separately; Bidens bipinnata L. can inhibit influenza virus a and b. Conclusions Bidens bipinnata L. have the antipyretic ,antibiotic and antivirus effects.
