摘　　要：在对当前多媒体教室故障维护现状进行分析的基础上,设计了基于Asterisk软交换的多媒体教室智能化报修系统的基本框架,研究基于软交换的多媒体教室报修系统设计方法,最后给出报修系统关键模块的设计及实现方法.In this paper,the current situation of multimedia classroom in fault repair and maintenance is ana-lyzed. The basic framework of multi-media classroom intelligent maintenance system based on As-terisk is designed,and the design method of the multi-media classroom maintenance system basedon soft switch is studied. Finally,the design and implementation method of the system key mod-ules is discussed.
