摘  要:目的了解不同温度下除锈剂、除垢剂联合应用清洗医疗器械的效果。方法 2016年9月,温州医科大学附属第一医院消毒供应中心采用将经过多酶清洗后有水垢和锈迹的180件医疗器械按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各90件,将除锈剂和除垢剂按一定比例配制成清洗溶液,试验组和对照组分别将清洗溶液加温至60℃、40℃后对器械进行超声清洗,比较清洗5、10、20min时两组器械的清洗合格率。结果清洗5、10 min,试验组器械的清洗合格率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);清洗20min,两组器械的清洗合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05。结论温度对除锈剂、除垢剂联合应用清洗器械的效果存在影响,清洗溶液为60℃时,清洗5min器械清洗效果较好,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To understand the effect of combined usage of rust remover and disincrustant at dif- ferent temperature in cleaning medical instruments. Methods The 180 medical instruments cleaned with multiple enzyme solution but left with incrustation and rust on it were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 90 medical instruments in each group.The rust remover and disinerustant were allocated as cleaning solution.The experimental group and control group were cleaned with the solution heated to 60℃ and 40℃, respectively.The cleaning qualified rate in 5, 10 and 20 rain in two groups were compared.Results The cleaning qualified rate in experimental group after 5 and 10 mln was higher than that of control group (all P〈0.05);there was no statistical significance of cleaning quali- fied rate in each group after cleaning for 20 rain (P〉0.05).Conclusion Temperature has certain effect on the result of using rust remover to remove scale and rust on the medical instruments ultrasonic cleaning.60 ℃ was the recommended temperature for popularization and application.
