摘　　要：博鳌亚洲论坛自创建以来,在十多年的时间里取得了非凡的成就。在全球化进入新阶段、国际形势不确定性增强的背景下,博鳌亚洲论坛亦应与时俱进、开拓创新,通过进行必要的结构优化与功能完善,精心构建和打造"2.0"升级版,从而不断提升论坛的生命力和国际影响力,为变动中的国际与地区局势注入更多确定性,同时为新时期的全球化不断增添新希望和新动能。Boao Forum for Asia has made remarkable achievements for the past more than a decade since its establishment. At present, with the globalization entering a new stage and rising uncertainty in international situation, Boao Forum for Asia should take innovative actions and keep pace with the times. Therefore, some necessary structural optimization and functional perfection should be made in order to enhance its vitality and international influence continuously.
