摘  要:目的探讨阿帕替尼(apatinib,APA)对宫颈癌He La细胞体外放射的作用。方法将对数生长期He La细胞分为放疗组和APA联合放疗组。MTT法检测APA对He La细胞的增殖抑制,以克隆形成试验观察放射敏感性。结果 APA对He La细胞抑制率呈浓度依赖性增加,APA联合放疗组细胞克隆数和细胞存活分数明显低于放疗组,APA的放射增敏比(SERD0)为0.851,SER_(Dq)为14.919,SERSF2为1.245。结论体外APA对He La细胞有增殖抑制作用,联合放疗有增强亚致死性损伤和细胞死亡协同作用。Objective To investigate the radiate effect of apatinib ( APA ) on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells in vitro. Methods HeLa cells with logarithmic phase were divided into radiotherapy group and APA combined radiotherapy group. Proliferation inhibition of HeLa cell from APA was detected by MTT, the radiosensitivity of HeLa cell was observed by clone formation assay. Results Proliferation inhibition of HeLa cell from APA was a concentration- dependent increase. Cell clone number and cell survival fraction of the APA combined radiotherapy group were lower than the radiotherapy group. Sensitization enhancement ratio ( SERD0 ) of APA was 0. 851, SERDq was 14. 919 and SERSF2 was 1. 245. Conclusion APA has the proliferation inhibition role to HeLa cell in vitro, combined with radiotherapy can enhance the synergistic effect of sublethal injury and cell death.
