氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年糖尿病并肺炎53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的临床疗效。方法将医院2015年3月至2017年3月收治的老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者106例随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例。对照组患者应用常规抗生素治疗,研究组患者加用盐酸氨溴索。结果研究组患者治疗后体温、脓痰、白细胞计数、胸部X线摄片情况恢复正常时间比对照组短(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为96.23%,明显高于对照组的83.02%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.66%,明显低于对照组的18.87%(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎疗效满意,能有效提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia. Methods Totally 106 elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics, while the study group was treated with ambroxol combined with antibiotics. Results After treatment, the recovery time to normal of patient′s body temperature, purulent sputum, WBC, the situation of chest X-ray was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The total effective rate of the study group was 96. 23%, which was significantly higher than 83. 02% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the study group was 5. 66%, which was significantly lower than 18. 87% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia has good ef-fect, it can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment.
