摘　　要：目的重视精神科特殊患者的发药交代,提高患者的用药依从性。方法以药学专业知识为指导,结合临床,总结和分析精神科发药交代的重点及注意事项。结果一线药师发药交代在对精神疾病患者的治疗中起着非常重要作用;为迅速控制病情,达到预期治疗目的,教会患者正确使用药品尤为重要。结论一线药师应重视发药交代,加强素质培养,提高医院药学服务水平。Objective To pay attention to the dispensing order of special patients in the department of psychiatry and improve the medication compliance of patients. Methods With the guidance of pharmaceutical expertise, combined with clinical, the key points and matters need attention of dispensing order in psychiatric pharmacy were summarized and analyzed. Results Frontline pharmacist′s dispensing order played an important role in the treatment of the patient with mental disorder. In order to quickly control the disease and achieve the desired goal of treatment, it was particularly important to teach patients to use drugs correctly. Conclusions Frontline pharmacists should attach importance to dispensing drugs, strengthening quality training and improving the level of pharmaceutical care in hospitals.
