清络通脉片治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清络通脉片治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎急性期的临床疗效。方法:将下肢血栓性浅静脉炎急性期患者120例随机分为2组,对照组口服脉络舒通颗粒治疗,治疗组口服清络通脉片治疗,治疗28天后观察2组患者临床疗效、相关炎症因子水平及凝血功能。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(I L-6)、纤维蛋白原(FI B)、D二聚体(DD)水平治疗后均下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降程度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:清络通脉片治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎急性期的临床效果优于脉络舒通颗粒,可能与其降低TNF-α、CRP、I L-6及FI B、DD水平有关。Objective： To observe clinical effects of QingLuo TongMai tablets in treating acute superificial thrombophlebitis of lower limb. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into two groups, the control group took Mai Luo Shu Tong granules orally, and the treatment group QingLuo TongMai tablets orally, blood coagulation function, related inflammatory cytokine levels and clinical effects of both groups were observed after treating in 28 days. Results： Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 83.33%, respectively, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）; the levels of TNF-α, CRP, IL-6,FIB and DD in both groups decreased notably after treating（P〈0.05）, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable compared with the control group（P〈0.05）;. Conclusion：Clinical effects of QingLuo TongMai tablets in treating acute superificial thrombophlebitis of lower limb are superior to these of Mai Luo Shu Tong granules, which might be related to the decrease of the levels of TNF-α, CRP, IL-6, FIB and DD.
