中药熏蒸、蜡疗联合西药治疗手骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸、蜡疗联合西药治疗手骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将手骨关节炎患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组接受中药熏蒸、蜡疗及西药治疗,对照组只接受西药治疗,记录2组患者0、4、8、12周关节疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、关节功能评分、关节晨僵时间、肿胀关节数、压痛关节数的变化情况。结果:治疗组在第2周开始各指标改善明显,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组第8周、12周各指标与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组为72.73%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸、蜡疗联合西药能够有效改善手骨性关节炎患者临床症状。Objective： To survey curative effects of TCM fumigation, wax therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment for hand osteoarthritis（HOA）. Methods： Seventy patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases each group, the treatment group accepted TCM fumigation, wax therapy combined with western medicine, and the control group received western medicine, the changes of tender joint counting, swollen joint counting, joint morning stiffness time, joint function scales and VAS of both groups were recorded at zero, the forth, eighth and 12 th week. Results： All the indexes improved obviously since the 2nd week in the treatment group, and the difference had statistical meaning when the treatment group before treating was compared with the treatment group after treating and the control group（P〈0.05）; the difference had statistical meaning when the indexes of the control group at the eighth and 12 th week compared with these before treating（P〈0.05）;the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than 72.73% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM fumigation, wax therapy combined with western medicine could effectively improve clinical symptoms of HOA patients.
