自制中药热奄包改善糖尿病血液透析患者胃轻瘫的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药热奄包改善糖尿病血液透析患者胃轻瘫症状的疗效及护理效果。方法:将糖尿病血液透析胃轻瘫患者59例随机分为2组,观察组29例采取自制热奄包间断热敷腹部,对照组30例口服胃动力药物干预,比较2组患者腹胀程度、胃蠕动及胃排空时间、血红蛋白(Hb)情况。结果:2组患者腹胀程度、胃蠕动及胃排空时间、血红蛋白(Hb)存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医护理技术自制中药热奄包对改善糖尿病血液透析患者的胃轻瘫症状有显著效果。Objective： To observe curative effects and nursing effects of selfmade herbal fomentation bag in the improvement of gastroparesis of diabetic patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods： All 59 patients were randomized into two groups, 29 cases of the observation group adopted the method of hot compress of abdomen with selfmade herbal fomentation bag discontinuously, and 30 cases of the control group took the medicine of gastric dynamics orally, the conditions of hemoglobin（Hb）, gastric emptying time, gastric peristole time and abdominal distention degrees of both groups were compared. Results： The significant difference existed in the comparisons of abdominal distention degrees, gastric peristole time and gastric emptying time between both groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Selfmade herbal fomentation bag by TCM nursing skills could obtain notable effects in the improvement of gastroparesis of diabetic patients undergoing hemodialysis.
