摘　　要：主要针对目前主流的房屋建筑结构抗震性能技术进行阐述,正确地进行结构抗震设计,掌握好结构设计的抗震机理,不断提升房屋建筑的抗震性能,保障人民的生命和财产安全,可以使我国房屋结构设计中的抗震技术走得更远。This paper mainly focuses on the current mainstream housing structure seismic performance technology,to correctly carry out the structural seismic design,grasp the seismic mechanism of the structure design,constantly improve the seismic performance of the house building,protect the people＇s life and property safety,can make the seismic technology in our country＇s housing structure design go further.
