摘　　要：自国办75号文发布以来,海绵城市在全国得到了普遍推广,全国共推出30个试点城市,建设效果良好。通过对山西转型综改示范区潇河产业园区太原起步区(以下简称"太原起步区")海绵城市建设方式的研究,探索出一套适合于北方产业园区海绵城市建设的指标体系控制模式,并研究制定了太原起步区各类用地的年径流总量控制率刚性指标及绿色屋顶率、下沉式绿地率等引导性指标的概化模型,模型指标体系可直接用来指导实际工程建设,为北方其他产业园区海绵城市建设提供可复制、可推广的经验。Since the publication of the article 75,sponge city has been widely promoted in the whole country,and 30 pilot cities have been launched nationwide. This article through to the transformation of shanxi zong change demonstration zone Xiao river industrial park in Taiyuan Starting Scope（ hereinafter referred to as the＂Taiyuan Starting Scope＂） sponge studies the way of city construction,to explore a set of suitable for the north industrial park sponge urban construction index system control mode,and formulate the annual runoff volume of Taiyuan Starting Scope all kinds of land use control rigid index and the rate of green roofs,falling rate is leading indexes such as generalized model,model index system can be directly used to guide the construction of practical project,other industrial park in the north of China city construction to provide sponge can be copied,can promote the experience.
