摘　　要：针对建设方对全过程造价控制工作重视不足问题,GB 50500—2013建设工程工程量清单计价规范及《建设工程发包与承包计价管理办法》提出了建立工程造价咨询制度,以加强工程造价的全过程控制效果,并对工程造价全过程控制的现状进行分析,提出在新形势下加强工程造价全过程控制的对策。At present,the construction party pays insufficient attention to the whole process of cost control. GB 50500—2013 The Code of Valuation With Bill Quantity of Construction Works,the Construction Contract Pricing and Contract Management Measures proposed the establishment of project cost consultation system,to strengthen the whole process control of engineering cost effect. Analyzes the present situation of the whole process control of engineering cost,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the whole process control of engineering cost under the new situation.
