摘  要:为了筛选抗寒性较高,能适应新疆北疆冬季低温的黑果枸杞类型,以3个野生型及其相应的优选系黑果枸杞枝条为试验材料,在4(对照)、-25、-30、-35和-40℃条件下进行生理指标测定,对各指标间相关性进行分析,采用主成分分析法、隶属函数法对不同类型黑果枸杞枝条抗寒力进行评价。结果表明:6个类型黑果枸杞枝条的相对电导率呈上升趋势;丙二醛含量呈"升-降-升"的变化趋势;超氧化物歧化酶活性先下降后上升,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量类型间变化趋势不同,脯氨酸含量呈"升-降-升-降"的变化趋势。相关性分析结果表明,丙二醛与相对电导率呈极显著正相关,可溶性糖与相对电导率呈显著负相关。主成分分析和隶属函数法综合评价6个类型黑果枸杞抗寒性从大到小依次为:西宁优系、库尔勒野生、库尔勒优系、武威野生、西宁野生、武威优系。The aim of this paper was to screen the cold tolerant varieties of Lycium ruthenicum Mur., and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the suitable varieties in Northern Xinjiang Province. The experiment materials included three ecotypes of L. ruthenicum(Xining Wild, Korla Wild and Wuwei Wild) and the corresponding promising selection(Xining promising selection, Korla promising selection and Wuwei promising selection). Their branches were treated under 4,-25,-30,-35 and-40 ℃ respectively, and corresponding the physiological indexes were measured after treatment. Correlation analysis,subordinate function and principle component analysis were used to evaluate the cold tolerance among six varieties of Lycium ruthenicum Mur. The results showed that the relative conductivity was increased with reduction of temperature. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) showed a trend of 'up-down-up'; the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was decreased first and then increased; the activity of peroxidase, catalase, and the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar had different change trend under low temperature; the proline content showed the trend of 'up-down-up-down'. The results showed that the content of MDA had significantly positive correlation with the relative conductivity. Soluble sugar had negative correlation with the relative conductivity. According to evaluation results from the subordinate function and principle component, the cold resistances from high to low in six types of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. were the following: Xining promising selection, Korla Wild, Korla promising selection, Wuwei Wild, Xining Wild and Wuwei promising selection.
