摘 要:为建立不同产地没食子水提液的LC-MS指纹图谱,测定定没食子药材中主要成分的含量。采用LC-MS分析技术对不同产地的没食子水提液中的化合物进行分析与鉴定,并以没食子酸为参照物,采用一测多评的方法同时测定没食子药材中没食子酸及其主要成分的含量。结果显示,LC-MS指纹图谱共检测到14个特征峰,8个主要特征峰被鉴定。8个不同产地没食子药材中4个多酚类化合物的含量无明显差异。不同产地没食子药材的相似度在0.883-0.944之间。由此可知,LC-MS指纹图谱与一测多评方法的结合可方便,快速评价没食子的质量,灵敏度高,重复性好。该工作为富含鞣质药材的质量标准提供了可借鉴的方法。To determine the content of main components by establishing LC-MS fingerprint of the water extraction of the gall of Quercus infectoria(Q. infectoria) from different regions. LC-MS analysis technology was used to analyze and identify the components of the gall of Q. infectoria. A QAMS method was used to determine the content of other components, gallic acid was used as a reference. The LC-MS fingerprint obtained 14 peaks, 8 main peaks were identified. There was no significant difference in the contents of 4 polyphenols of the gall of Q. infectoria from 8 different regions. The similarity values of 8 batches of the gall of Q.infectoria from different regions were between 0.883 and 0.944. The conclusion is that the combination of LC-MS fingerprint and QAMS can simply and rapidly evaluate the gall of Q. infectoria and has a high sensitivity and good repeatability. This work could provide a reference method for quality standard of tannin-rich medicinal materials.
