摘 要:主动式冷梁是一种带新风诱导的气-水换热末端装置。诱导比是衡量主动式冷梁诱导性能的重要指标,在一次风量稳定的情况下,诱导比大的主动式冷梁冷却能力高。通过改变冷梁喷嘴直径、喷嘴收缩角和喷嘴间距,采用CFD软件对冷梁的诱导性能进行模拟研究,计算分析一次风量下诱导比的变化规律。结果表明:选用直径小的圆柱型喷嘴或收缩角小的喷嘴,且喷嘴间距分布在36 mm^72 mm之间,主动式冷梁可获得较高的诱导比。Active chilled beam is a gas-water heat exchange terminal device with fresh air induction.Induction ration is an important indicator to measure the inductive performance of active chilled beam,under the stability condition of the primary air,the cooling capacity of the active chilled beam with large induction ration is high. By changing the nozzle diameter,the nozzle contraction angle and the nozzle spacing,the CFD software is used to simulate the inductive performance of chilled beam. The variation law of the induction ration is calculated and analyzed. The results show that,the cylinder nozzle with small diameter or nozzle with small contraction angle is selected,and the nozzle spacing is between 36 mm and72 mm,the active chilled beam can obtain higher induction ratio.
