摘  要:目的利用响应面法优选徐长卿中丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取徐长卿中丹皮酚,采用响应面法优选提取工艺,以浸泡时间(A)、液料比(B)、氯化钠量(C)为自变量,以归一值(OY值,Y)为因变量,分别进行多元线性方程回归和二次多项式方程拟合,优选最佳提取工艺并进行验证。结果最佳提取工艺为浸泡时间3 h,料液比1∶15,氯化钠量150 g/kg。结论该优选工艺可用于徐长卿中丹皮酚的提取,方法简便、稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of paeonol in Cynanchum paniculatum by response surface method(RSM). Methods The paeonol was extracted in Cynanchum paniculatum by steam distillation. The extraction process was optimized by RSM,the effect of extraction time (A),ratio of liquid to material (B)and amount of sodium chloride (C)as the independent variable,OY Value (Y)as the dependent variable,the multiple linear equation regression and the quadratic polynomial equation fitting were carried out respectively,and the optimal extraction process was selected and validated. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:immersion time was 3 h,ratio of material to liquid was 1 :15,and sodium chloride was 150 g/kg. Conclusion The optimization process can be used to extract paeonol in Cynanchum paniculatum,the method is simple,stable and feasible.
