摘  要:目的优化吲哚美辛亲水凝胶贴剂的提取工艺与含量测定方法。方法利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)-工作曲线进行定量,通过单因素考察与正交设计优化贴剂的提取方法、提取溶剂、时间与预处理方法。结果最终确定贴剂的提取条件是将贴剂膏体剪碎后,50 mL甲醇提取90 min,提取1次,或用25 mL甲醇提取60 min,提取2次。结论优化的贴剂中药物提取工艺条件稳定、可靠,可为贴剂的质量评价提供良好的方法。Objective To optimize the extraction process and content determination method of Indomethacin Hydrophilic Gel Patch. Methods Quantitative analysis was performed by using HPLC - working curves,the extraction method,extracting solvent,time and pretreatment method were extracted by means of single factor and orthogonal design optimization. Results Finally,the extraction conditions of the patch were:after the patch paste was cut and broken,50 mL methanol was extracted for 90 min and extracted 1 time,or 25 mL methanol was extracted for 60 min and extracted 2 times. Conclusion Drug extraction process conditions in optimized patches is stable and reliable,which provides a good method for the quality evaluation of the patch.
