高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清胶囊中连翘苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定黄连上清胶囊中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Boston C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25∶75∶1),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果连翘苷进样量在0.723 0~7.230μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.34%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用作黄连上清胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of phillyrin in Huanglianshangqing Capsule. Methods The Boston C18 column （250 mm ＆#215; 4. 6 mm,5 μm）was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid（25 ：75 ：1）,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results Phillyrin showed the linear relationship within the range of 0. 7230-7. 230 μg（r=0. 9999）,and the average recovery was 99. 34%,RSD=1. 16%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Huanglianshangqing Capsule.
