分子生物学实验课程体系的构建与实践——以运城学院为例

摘　　要：为适应生命科学的飞速发展,满足本科人才培养的需要,构建了适合生物科学专业的分子生物学实验课程体系。从实验项目的设置、实验内容的设计、实验材料的选择、实验指导的编写、实验时间的安排、课堂教学环节的设计、成绩考核与评定等方面着手进行探索与实践,取得了良好的效果。针对实践过程中出现的问题进行分析,并提出改进的对策与建议。In order to adapt to the rapid development of life science and meet the needs of undergraduate talent training, the molecular biology experiment curriculum system suitable for the major of biological science was constructed. The exploration and practices were based on the setting of the experimental project, the design of the experimental content, the selection of the experimental materials, the preparation of the experimental guidance, the arrangement of the experimental time, the design of the classroom teaching, examination and the evaluation of the achievements and so on, which obtained good effect. According to the analysis of the problems in the process of practice, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
