摘　　要：临床医生阅读心电图时,往往把注意力集中在Q波、QRS波群和ST-T波段上,却经常忽略P波的变化。事实上,P波的变化可为临床诊断提供重要线索,尤其是对心律失常的诊断。本文将临床工作中出现的易被忽略而发生漏诊、易被混淆而发生误诊的一些心电图P波改变集中在一起,对其心电图特征进行分析和讨论,为心电图诊断提供参考,希望引起临床医生重视。In ECG analysis, clinicians usually focus on the change of Q wave, QRS complex andST-T segment, often ignoring P wave changes. In fact, the change of P wave can provide importantclues for clinical diagnosis, especially for the diagnosis of arrhythmia. This article collects some Pwave changes which are easily missed for ignorance or misdiagnosed for confusion in clinical practice.By analyzing and discussing on those ECG characteristics, it aims to provide reference of ECGdiagnosis for clinicians and draw their attention to P wave changes.
