摘　　要：心脏电活动紊乱是发生心律失常的本质原因,在诸多导致心脏电活动异常的因素中,机械张力所致的心律失常与临床密切相关,逐渐引起越来越多的重视。经研究证实,机械电反馈异常为心律失常的重要发生机制之一。本文就机械性心律失常的细胞电生理机制与临床进展进行阐述。The disorder of cardiac electrical activity is the essencial cause of arrhythmia.Among all the influential factors resulting in abnormalities of cardiac electrical activity,mechanical tension is an important one.Mechanical-tension-related arrhythmia is closely associated with clinical prac-tice,and arises more and more attention gradually.It is verified by research that abnormal mechano-electrical feedback is one of the important mechanisms of arrhythmia.This paper elaborates the cel-lular electrophysiological mechanism of mechanical arrhythmia and research progress.
