摘　　要：先心病患者修补术后发生心律失常,会显著影响患者的预后及死亡率,术后心律失常的发生通常与术后的补片及患者异常的解剖情况、高龄和心脏扩大等因素有关。本文通过对不同术式治疗先心病后发生心律失常的情况进行探讨,以期改善患者的生活质量和远期预后。Postoperative arrhythmia in patients with congenital heart disease（CHD） will signifi-cantly influence their prognosis and mortality. Its influencing factors include postoperative patch, and natural anatomical substrate, old age and cardiac extention of patients themselves, and so on. In order to improve the life quality and long-term prognosis of CHD patients, this paper introduces the occurrence of postoperative arrhythmia in different surgical methods.
