摘  要:目的探讨插入性早搏的心电散点图特征及其形成原理,为快速分析动态心电图奠定基础。方法选择插入性早搏的典型病例,分析其心电散点图形态特征。借助几何画板的动态作图功能与轨迹跟踪功能,建立相应的散点图模型。结合实际记录的心电散点图与数学模型特征,总结插入性早搏的散点图特征。结果实际记录的心电散点图与数学模型十分相似。结论插入性早搏的心电散点图特征明显、规律性强。Lorenz散点图与差值散点图相互配合,不仅可以快速识别动态心电图中插入性早搏的有无及多少,而且可以发现它所引起的干扰性PR间期延长及其延长量。Objective To explore the features and formation principle of ECG scatterplot of in-terpolated premature beat, and thus to lay foundations for quickly analyzing ambulatory electrocar-diography (AECG) . Methods Typical cases of interpolated premature beat were selected and mor-phological characteristics of their ECG scatterplots were analyzed. By dynamic mapping and trajecto-ry tracking functions of ugeometric sketchpad^ software, the scatterplot model was established. We summarized the ECG scatterplot features of interpolated premature beat combining the characteristics of practically recorded ECG scatterplots and the mathematical model. Results The actually recor-ded ECG scatterplots were very similar to the mathematical model. Conclusion The ECG scatter-plot of interpolated premature beat has obvious features and a very strong regularity. The joint appli-cation of Lorenz scatterplot and difference scatterplot is effective in rapidly recognizing interpolated premature beat and its frequency on AECG as well as finding the induced disruptive PR interval pro-longation and the prolonged amount.
