摘 要:以太西煤和兰炭为原料,利用水热法制备出相应的磺化材料,壳聚糖与磺化太西煤、兰炭通过静电自组装方法制备出磁性磺化炭基复合材料,用于吸附废水中的苯酚。探究了pH值、吸附时间、温度、模拟废水初始浓度等对磁性磺化炭基复合材料吸附苯酚的影响。结果表明,磁性磺化太西煤复合材料在pH=5,反应时间2 h,反应温度45℃及苯酚初始浓度10 mg/L时,苯酚吸附率达98.01%;磁性磺化兰炭复合材料在pH=5,反应时间4 h,反应温度35℃及苯酚初始浓度10 mg/L时,苯酚吸附率达62.44%。Taixi coal and semi-coke as raw material were sulfonated by hydrothermal method. Magnetic chitosan with sulfonated Taixi coal,semi-coke via electrostatic self-assembly technology magnetic sulfonated carbon matrix composite is prepared,and to adsorb the phenol from wastewater. The magnetic sulfonated carbon matrix composites of adsorption time,temperature,pH value,the influence of initial concentration on adsorption rate was valued by simulated wastewater. The result showed that the magnetic Taixi coal composites material in the pH = 5,reaction temperature at 45 ℃,reaction time about 2 h when the phenol initial concentration of 10 mg/L,the adsorption rate was 98. 01%; the magnetic semi-coke carbon composites material in the pH = 5,reaction time about 4 h,reaction temperature at 35 ℃ when the phenol initial concentration of 10 mg/L,the adsorption rate was up to 62. 44%.
