氧化铁红颜料颜色测试与色相指标相关性分析

摘　　要：对"混酸法"制备的各型号氧化铁红颜料进行了颜色测试,得到了样品的色相L、a、b值,利用线性回归方程研究了铁红颜料a值和b值之间的关系;然后对氧化铁红颜料车间各批次产品的色差值(ΔL、Δa、Δb)进行了统计,并采用SPSS软件进行了相关性分析。结果表明,随着氧化铁红颜料a值减小,其L值呈现先减小后增大的变化,而b值则呈现逐渐减小的趋势。各型号铁红颜料a值与b值大致呈线性关系,符合线性方程b=1.61a-30.19,相关系数R2=0.88。通过各型号铁红颜料与标准曲线上相同b值对应点的红相差值[a]分析,将各型号产品进行色相品质分类,可以区分出高红相产品(R70/R90/R150)和低红相产品(R40/R50/R80/R60/R140),有利于企业的颜料产品色相品质管理工作。车间各批次产品的色差值(ΔL、Δa、Δb)相关性分析,得出Δa与Δb呈高度或中度正相关,ΔL和Δb之间基本呈现不相关,该研究结果有助于车间实际铁红颜料生产简化控制参量,有利于提高产品色相合格率。The characterization of various mixed iron oxide red pigments prepared by a‘mix acids method＇is carried out. The hue such as L,a and b values of iron oxide red is studied by chromameter. The relationship between a value and b value of iron oxide red is tested by a linear regression equation. Then,the color difference value（ ΔL,Δa and Δb） of various iron oxide red is by statistics,and the correlation analysis is carried out using SPSS software. The results show that the L value decreases first and then increases,while a value and b value show a decreasing trend. Each type of pigment has a linear relationship of a value and b value,with the linear equation： b = 1. 61a-30. 19,and the correlation coefficient of R2=0. 88. Through the analysis of red phase difference of [a] for iron oxide red pigment and the point with the same b value of the standard curve,the hue quality classification of various pigments,especially high red phase products（ R70/R90/R150） and low red phase products（ R40/R50/R80/R60/R140）,which is conducive to color quality management of enterprises. Correlation analysis of hue value（ ΔL,Δa and Δb）for various batches of iron oxide red products shows that Δa and Δb is highly or moderately correlated,and ΔL and Δb is not related,which is helpful to simplify the controlling parameter and improve the qualified rate of the hue for products.
