摘 要:目的:用酚醛树脂作为增强滤纸浸渍树脂,提高酚醛树脂固化滤纸的加工性能和使用性能.方法:以十八酸、辛酸及乙酸酐为封端剂,利用酯化反应保护烯丙基聚醚的醇羟基,制备了3种端基为不同碳原子数的改性聚醚,通过FT-IR和1H-NMR进行结构表征,酯化率均达到89%以上.同时,利用硅氢加成反应,在硅烷大分子链上成功接枝聚醚侧链,采用FT-IR和1H-NMR表征其结构,转化率均达到87%以上.最后,将改性硅油复配水性酚醛树脂,将其应用于机油滤纸的增强整理.结果:浸渍固化滤纸后力学性能相对纯酚醛树脂浸渍的滤纸有较大幅度的提高,其中耐破度可提高25%,抗张强度和挺度也有不同程度的提高,而伸长率和断裂功分别提高了72%和79%.结论:所用方法改善了酚醛树脂固化滤纸固有的脆性,提高了加工性能和使用性能,有望在机油滤纸和芳纶纸等特种纸制备领域获得应用.Aim: Due to the inherent brittleness of phenolic resin,phenolic resin was used as reinforcing filter paper to impregnate resin,the processing performance and using performance of filter paper are not good,therefore,it is necessary to improve the performance of phenolic resin curing filter paper. Methods: Modified polyethers were prepared by using stearic acid,caprylic acid and acetic anhydride as end-capping reagent,and adopting the esterification to protect the alcoholic hydroxyl group of allyl polyether. FT-IR and1H-NMR were used to characterize the structure of the product and to prove that the expected product was obtained. The esterification rate reached above 89 %,polyether side chain was successfully introduced to the silane macromolecular chain by hydrosilylation,and FT-IR,1H-NMR were used to characterize the structure of the product. The conversion rates reached above 87 %. Finally,the modified silicone was compounded with resol resins to enhance the oil filter paper. Results: After dipped in the compound system,the mechanical property of filter paper was greatly improved compared to those in pure phenolic resin,and the bursting strength was increased by 25 %. Tensile strength and stiffness were increased to different degrees,and meanwhile,elongation and Fracture work were increased by 72 % and 79 %. Conclusion: The method has greatly improved the brittleness of phenolic resin curingfilter paper, and improved the processing performance and using performance, it is expected to be applied in the special paper preparation fields such as oil filter paper and aramid fiber paper.
