小儿七氟烷麻醉的苏醒期躁动与预防方式分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿七氟烷麻醉的苏醒期躁动与预防方式,以便为临床提供参考。方法:选择接诊的手术患儿80例作为研究对象,纳入研究对象家属均签署知情同意书,随机分组,各自40例。对照组患儿接受七氟烷全身麻醉处理,研究组患儿则在七氟烷基础上联合丙泊酚全身麻醉处理,观察记录两组患儿躁动发生率、躁动时间>15 min百分比、躁动评分、苏醒时间及不良反应发生率,并对比分析。结果:研究组患儿躁动发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组躁动时间>15 min患儿百分比显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组躁动评分与苏醒时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有恶心呕吐不良反应发生,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿七氟烷麻醉的苏醒期躁动比较常见,可配合丙泊酚全身麻醉处理,这样可以减少苏醒期躁动,同时缩短苏醒时间,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the restlessness and prevention of sebapentane anesthesia in children,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Method Eighty children were enrolled in this study. Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with sevoflurane for anesthesia. The children in the study group were treated with propofol on the basis of sevoflurane. The incidence of restlessness,restlessness 15 min percentage,restlessness score,Recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions,and comparative analysis. Results The incidence of restlessness in the study group was 15. 00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 50. 00%（ P〈 0. 05）. The percentage of children with restlessness 15 min was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The agitation score and recovery time of the study group were signiicantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; Nausea and vomiting occurred in the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The recovery of sebapiton anesthesia in children is more common,can be combined with propofol general anesthesia treatment,which can reduce the recovery period of restlessness,while shortening the recovery time,it is worth learning.
