加味三拗汤联合纳米穴位贴穴位敷贴治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察加味三拗汤联合纳米贴穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将76例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各38例,对照组患者进行常规予常规药物治疗并对症处理,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味三拗汤联合纳米贴穴位贴敷,两组用药周期均为1周,治疗结束后进行疗效评定。结果:研究组临床总有效率92.11%,对照组临床总有效率65.79%。研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味三拗汤联合纳米贴穴位贴敷治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sanao Decoction combined with nano paste in the treatment of chronic cough. Method 76 cases of chronic cough were randomly divided into study group and control group,38 cases in each group,the patients in the control group were treated with were treated with conventional drug therapy and symptomatic treatment,the patients in the study group were treated with Jiawei Sanao Decoction combined with nano paste,two treatment cycles were 1 weeks. After the end of treatment efficacy evaluation. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92. 11%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65. 79%. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Sanao decoction combined with combined with in the treatment of chronic cough is significant,worthy of promotion.
