个人卫生清洗器应用于肛门术后患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨、分析个人卫生清洗器应用于肛门术后患者的效果,为该工具的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:选取120例肛肠术后患者为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组。对照组按照一般的清洁方法,治疗组采用个人卫生清洁器,观察时间为7 d。比较两组患者术后体温、肛周感染情况、肛周皮损恢复情况及肛周局部疼痛减轻情况。结果:术后第7天两组患者疗效(χ~2=21.083,P=0.000)和清洁效果(χ~2=10.454,P=0.000)的差异有统计学意义;发热消退时间(t=2.473,P=0.014)、肛周疼痛减轻时间(t=2.132,P=0.021)、肛周皮肤好转时间(t=2.261,P=0.016)的差异有统计学意义。结论:采用个人卫生清洁器可有效保持肛门清洁且伤口恢复时间快、易操作,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of personal hygienic washer on patients after anal operation,and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the instrument. Method A total of 120 patients who underwent anorectal surgery were selected as object of study and divided into treatment group and control group. The control group according to the general cleaning method,the treatment group using personal hygiene cleaner,observation time was 7 days. The temperature,perianal infection,recovery of perianal lesions and local pain relief were compared between the two groups. Results The analgesic effect of the analgesic group was significantly different between the two groups（ χ~2= 21. 083,P = 0. 000） and the cleaning effect（ χ~2= 10. 454,P =0. 000）; Fever subsided time（ t = 2. 132,P = 0. 021）,perianal pain relief time（ t = 2. 132,P = 0. 021）,the time of improvement of perianal skin（ t = 2. 261,P = 0. 016） was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of personal hygiene cleaner,to keep the anus clean,quick recovery of the wound,easy to operate,worthy of promotion in the clinical.
