摘  要:共沉淀法制备Eu_2Zr_2O_7/ZrO_2(3Y)纳米粒子.用XRD,DTA-TG,SEM对材料的物相变化及形貌进行表征,对粉体制备过程中晶粒合成动力学进行分析.结果表明:将两种不同溶液分别处理后制备得到Eu_2Zr_2O_7粉体和ZrO_2(3Y)前驱体按不同体积比混合研磨后,置于马弗炉中600℃煅烧2.5 h合成出近似球形、粒径均匀且分散性好的Eu_2Zr_2O_7/ZrO_2(3Y)纳米粒子.Eu_2Zr_2O_7前驱体物相变化分3个阶段,用Doyle-Ozawa和Kissinger法分别计算各阶段的表观活化能,其平均值分别为108.29、142.23、412.93 k J/mol;晶粒生长活化能为24.91 k J/mol.The Eu2Zr2O7/ ZrO2(3Y ) nanopaticles were prepaed by wet co-precipitation method. The crystallization and morphology of Eu2Z r2O 7/ZrO2(3Y ) materials were analyzed by X R D ,DTA-TG and SEM. The relevant synthesis dynamics were calculated. The results show that when the Eu2Zr2O7 powdersand ZrO2(3Y ) precursors were prepared from two different solutions under certain conditions, after mix-ing grinding in certain volume rat io,and then calcined at 600℃ for 2. 5 h,the Eu2Zr2O7/ZrO2(3Y) nan- opaticles obtained ae approximately spherical with higher crystallinity and better dispersibility, and thepowders have an uniform granularity with a dimension. The appaent activacalculated using the Doyle-Ozawa and Kissinger methods. The average appaent activation energies o f the three reaction stages ae 108. 29、142. 23 and 412. 93 kJ/m o l, respectively. The grain ergy is 24. 91 kJ/mol.
