摘　　要：针对某船用中速机主机船在高速航行时,由正车突然打倒车,造成主机熄火,且有大量的碳烟颗粒漂浮在水面上,每次起动与合排时也会冒黑烟。我们通过改造柴油机控制系统和压缩空气系统,以满足中速柴油机作主机主要用于定距浆的要求,降低柴油机使用过程的冒烟浓度。For the problem of causing the engine flameout and a large number of soot particles floating in the water when the marine diesel engine ship sails in a high speed and change from ahead to reverse suddenly, and also smoke appears in start and load. In this paper, the control system and the compressed air system of diesel engine are modified to meet the requirements of diesel engine used for constant pitch airscrew and reduce the smoke level of diesel engine.
