摘 要:以合成的新型含磷多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(P-POSS)阻燃剂对双环戊二烯型氰酸酯树脂(DCPDCE)进行改性,采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了DCPDCE树脂及改性后的树脂体系的固化动力学过程。同时对DCPDCE/P-POSS改性体系的不同固化升温阶段进行了红外分析。结果表明,采用阶梯升温法可使DCPDCE树脂和DCPDCE/P-POSS复合体系固化完全;同时,P-POSS中的羟基在树脂固化反应中起到促进剂的作用,提高树脂的固化程度。Dicyclopentadiene cyanate (DCPDCE ) w a s chemically modified by a novel phosphorus- containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (P-P O S S ). Curing kinetics of D C P D C E /P - P O S S composite system and pure DCPDCE were studied by a non-itothermal differential scanning calorimetry method, and chemical structures of P O S S / D C P D C E composite at differentcuring stages were montoredby Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. T h e results indicated that both DCPDCE /P-P O S S composite and pure D C P D C E could be completely cured by a programmed temperature m e t h o d. In addition, hydroxyl groups in P - P O S S enhanced curing reaction of DCPDCE and thus improved curing degree of the composite system.
