郑州地区7株鸭源鸡杆菌的MALDI-TOFMS鉴定及其生物学特性分析

摘　　要：为了解郑州地区鸭源鸡杆菌的生物学特性和耐药情况,利用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)技术,从郑州地区某鸡场分离的细菌中鉴定出7株鸭源鸡杆菌。对分离菌株进行形态学观察、生化试验和药敏试验,结果显示,分离菌株在血平板上长成光滑、圆润、灰白色、半透明、边缘整齐且呈β-溶血的小菌落;L-阿拉伯醇、D-山梨醇、麦芽糖、海藻糖试验的鉴定结果表明,7株鸭源鸡杆菌可能属于不同的生物分型;整体上,分离菌株对头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、阿米卡星、庆大霉素等敏感,对氨苄西林、环丙沙星、妥布霉素、左氧氟沙星和氧氟沙星具有较强的耐药性,对克林霉素、四环素、氯霉素、复方新诺明具有严重的耐药性。In order to investigate the biological characteristics and drug resistance of Gallibacterium anatis strains in Zhengzhou area,matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry（ MALDI-TOF MS） was used to identified 7 strains of Gallibacterium anatis which were isolated from a poultry farm in Zhengzhou area. The colony morphology observation biochemical test and antimicrobial susceptibility test were carried out. The results showed that the isolates formed smooth,rounded,grayish,translucent,neat and β-hemolytic small colonies on blood agar plate. The results of L-arabicol,D-sorbitol,maltose and trehalose test indicated that the isolated strains of Gallibacterium anatis may belong to different taxonomy. The isolated strains of Gallibacterium anatis were susceptible to cefotaxime sodium,ceftriaxone,amikacin and gentamicin,and had resistance to ampicillin,ciprofloxacin,tobramycin,levofloxacin,ofloxacin,and had severe resistance to clindamycin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,cotrimoxazole.
