摘  要:目的进一步提高员工发表论文的积极性,深入实施"科技兴院,人才强院"的战略方针,培养更多、更好的高素质人才。方法医院科研管理部门论文管理档案为统计源,对比实施绩效管理指标量化前后3年的论文发表情况。结果在2014年开始实施绩效管理指标量化后,医院员工发表的SCI收录论文和中文核心期刊论文分别由2011年至2013年的32篇和1篇增加到2014年至2016年的59篇和21篇。结论论文指标量化的绩效考核方案,能够较好地完成激励员工发表论文的任务。Objective:To further improve the enthusiasm of the staff to publish paper,and implement the strategy of “prospering hospital by science and technology, and empowering hospital by talents”,train more and better personnel of high quality. Method : The authors of the paper compared the papers published three years before and after the implementation of quantitative evaluation of performance management indicators by taking paper management file in department of scientific research management as the resources. Result:After the implementation of the quantitative performance management indicators in 2014,the SCI citation papers and core journal articles published by the hospital staff increased from 32 and 1 articles from 2011 to 2013, and to 59 and 21 from 2014 to 2016 respectively. Conclusion : Paper index of quantitative performance evaluation scheme can motivate employees to publish papers.
