摘　　要：医院是一个庞大复杂的系统工程,医院内各系统、各操作过程任何微小的缺位可能会引起重大的影响。新建医院运行准备期由于时间紧迫、涉及科室多、工作复杂、急于投入运行等原因往往没有系统、有序地开展工作,在医院正式运行时出现较多问题,甚至埋下安全隐患。本文对这一阶段的工作加以系统的归纳、总结,为新建医院的顺利运行提供参考与帮助。Hospital is a complex system engineering,and each system in the hospital and any little absence in the operation process may cause a significant impact. In the preparatory run-up period of a new hospital,systematic and orderly work cannot be realized since time is short and many departments,complicated work,and eagerness to put into operation are involved. Thus,when the hospital is officially run,there are more problems,even potential risks. This paper summarizes the work of this stage,and provides reference and help in the smooth operation of a new hospital.
