扬州农业电商发展的现状、问题和对策

摘　　要：分析扬州农业电子商务发展基本情况及优势,指出长期限制扬州各地区农产品上行的软硬件因素,在借鉴宿迁农业电商的成功经验基础上,给出下一步扬州发展农业电商、促进农民增收的建议,即强化农产品上行政策扶持力度、打造特色产品产业联盟生态圈、加大农业电商运营人才培养力度。Based on the analysis of the fundamental development situations and the existing advantages of agricultural electronic commerce in Yangzhou, this paper finds out the software and hardware factors to restrict the e-commerce of agricultural products in various areas of Yangzhou by using questionnaire. Meanwhile, learning from the successful experience of Suqian county in agricultural e- commerce, the paper presents some suggestions on how to develop e- commerce in Yangzhou and increase farmers’ income, including strengthening the policy support for agricultural e- commerce products, creating a special product industrial alliance ecosystem and increasing the training of agriculturale-commerce operators.
