摘 要:传统的高职"机床夹具设计"课程教学中存在课时相对较少,学生对机械结构认知和动手能力差等情况,授课效果不够理想。本文针对新形势下该课程的教学模式进行了全面的规划和设计,自主研发了创新型教学仪器,配套开发了实现虚拟装配的教学软件,编写了特色鲜明的配套教材,开启了理虚实一体化的教学新模式,对"机床夹具设计"课程的教学进行了有益的探索。There exist some problems in the traditional teaching of “Machine Tool Fixture Design” in higher voca-tional colleges, such as fewer class hours, less cognition of mechanical structure and poor practical ability, which leads to the unsatisfactory teaching effect. This article has made a comprehensive planning and design for the teach-ing mode of this course in the new situation, independently developed an innovative teaching instrument, auxiliarily developed the teaching software for implementing virtual assembly, compiled the supplementary teaching materials with distinctive characteristics,and initiated a new virtual-actual integrated new teaching mode,which proves a valu- able exploration on the teaching of “Machine Tool Fixture Design”.
