摘 要:综采工作面过空巷一直是影响安全高效回采的技术难题,通过构建过空巷时顶板结构力学模型,分析了基本顶断裂位置、周期来压步距、基本顶厚度及空巷宽度对空巷基本顶稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:当基本顶断裂线位于空巷上方时是最不安全的情况,并推出此种情况下安全过空巷时支架所需提供的工作阻力;空巷宽度与顶板稳定性成反比,周期来压步距与顶板稳定成正比,基本顶厚度对顶板稳定性的影响较小。Fully mechanized working face pass abandoned roadway was difficulty technology problem that influence safety and high effective mining,then roof mechanized model during pass abandoned roadway was built,then the influence factors to roof stability were analyzed,which included main roof broken position,periodic weighting distance,main roof thickness and abandoned roadway width and so on,the results showed that it was unsafe as main roof broken line located above abandoned roadway,then the working resistance of support that pass abandoned roadway safety was put forward,the abandoned roadway width and roof stability presented as inverse ratio,the periodic weighting distance and roof stability presented as directly ratio,the influence that main roof thickness to roof stability was small.
