摘 要:目的探索在临床医学专业八年制学生中实施毕业临床能力集体考核模式的途径与方法。方法对北京大学人民医院实施集体考核前与考核后的毕业考核模式与成绩进行分析,并调查教师与学生对毕业集体考核模式的评价。结果实施毕业集体考核后学生成绩区分度明显高于实施前。教师与学生普遍认可集体考核模式,但其认可度存在差异性。结论毕业临床能力集体考核模式,其形式更加严格、公平,考核内容更加全面,更易显示学生培养中的缺陷,保障出口质量,促进教学质量提高。Objective To explore the way to implement the collective graduating assessment of eight-year program medical students. Methods This paper analyzed the mode and achievement of the graduation examination before and after the implementation of collective assessment in Peking University People's Hospital, and investigated the evaluation of the collective assessment mode by the teachers and students. Results The mean scores by collective graduating assessment is lower than before with a better degree of discrimination. The new model was recognized by all of the teachers and most students. Conclusion The collective graduating assessment is more strict, fair and comprehensive. It is easy to expose the insufficiency in daily teaching and helped to improve the quality of education.
