摘  要:目的观察心肌缺血后适应对自噬基因微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)-Ⅰ,LC3-Ⅱ,Beclin1表达的影响,探讨其意义。方法选择本院收治60例临床接受冠状动脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者作为研究对象,将其分为心肌缺血后适应组、对照组。采用RT-PCR检测LC3-Ⅰ、LC3-Ⅱ和Beclin1 mRNA表达水平。结果与对照组相比,心肌缺血后适应组术后1小时、24小时、48小时、72小时、7天的LC3-Ⅰ,LC3-Ⅱ,Beclin1 mRNA表达水平显著升高(P<0.05),72小时达到高峰。结论心肌缺血后适应升高自噬基因LC3-Ⅰ,LC3-Ⅱ,Beclin1 mRNA表达水平,自噬可能在心肌缺血后适应中发挥作用。Objective This study was also designed to explore the changes of the autophagy related genes LC3-~, LC3-D and Beclinl mRNA expression in the normoglycemic ischemic postconditioning patients. Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention were selected as the subjects. They were divided into myocardial ischemia postconditioning group and control group. The expression levels of LC3-I, LC3-II and Beclinl mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with control group, the levels of LC3- , LC3- and Beclinl mRNA were obviously increased in myocardial ischemic postconditioning group after PCI 1 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 7 days (P 〈 0.05), peak in 72 h. Conclusion Ischemic postconditioning increases autophagy gene LC3- I, LC3- II, Beclinl mRNA expression levels, Autophagy may play a role in myocardial ischemic postconditioning.
