摘 要:目的观察二甲双胍对糖尿病心肌病大鼠左心室功能影响及血清GLP-1水平的影响。方法建立糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为两组:非干预组及二甲双胍干预组,糖尿病心肌功能正常组为对照组。采用超声仪检测大鼠左心室功能,左心室射血分数<42%为糖尿病心肌病大鼠造模成功。给予二甲双胍干预组大鼠二甲双胍碾碎后灌胃,应用8周。对照组及非干预组同时每天灌喂0.9%生理盐水。观察二甲双胍对左心室功能的影响及血浆GLP-1水平的影响。结果与对照组相比,非干预组及二甲双胍干预组LVEF、LVFS、GLP-1水平明显下降,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二甲双胍干预组较非干预组LVEF、LVFS、GLP-1水平明显升高,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍可以改善2型糖尿病心肌病大鼠的左心室功能及升高糖尿病心肌病大鼠的血清GLP-1水平。Objective To explore the effect of metformin on type 2 diabetic rats cardiomyopathy ventricular function and serum GLP-1 levels. Methods The diabetic cardiomyopathy rat model was established. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: non intervention group and metformin intervention group, and diabetic normal myocardial function group was the control group. The left ventricular function in rats were detected. The left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 42% for the rats of diabetic cardiomyopathy. The rats in metformin intervention group were treated with metformin for 8 weeks after crushing. The control group and the non intervention group were fed 0.9% normal saline every day. To observe the effect of metformin on left ventricular function and the level of plasma GLP-1. Results Compared with the control group, the LVEF and LVFS and the level of GLP-1 in the non intervention group and metformin intervention group decreased significantly, there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Compared with non intervention group, the metformin group LVEF and LVFS and the level of GLP-1 increased significantly, there were significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Metformin improves left ventricular function and increases serum GLP-1 levels in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats with type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy.
