摘　　要：目的探讨选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的围手术期护理要点。方法选取2011年3月—2015年3月我科行选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者36例作为研究对象,总结围手术期护理的经验和体会。结果 36例患者手术均获成功,且术中、术后未出现严重并发症;术后1年随访临床有效率达97.2%。结论加强术前准备和心理评估、系统综合的围手术期护理,有助于提高选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的手术成功率和临床疗效。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing points of selective uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with uterine fibroids treated by selective uterine artery embolization from March 2011 to March 2015 were analyzed, and the experience and experience of perioperative nursing were summarized. Results 36 patients were successfully operated, and no severe complications occurred during or after the operation. The clinical effective rate was 97.2% after 1 year of follow-up. Conclusion Preoperative preparation and psychological evaluation, system comprehensive perioperative care, help to improve the selective uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine fibroids, the success rate of surgery and clinical efficacy.
