摘　　要：目的分析无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的护理重点。方法纳入我科收治COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者69例作为研究对象,将其分成观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组;观察组对护理服务满意度高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视COPD合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机治疗期间的护理,加强细节的处理和针对性,能保障治疗安全性及治疗效果,促进患者身心状态改善。Objective To analyze noninvasive ventilator treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure nursing key points. Methods 69 cases of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was given targeted nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the nursing service in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care ot COPD complicated with respiratory failure noninvasive ventilator treatment period, strengthen the details of the process and to guarantee the safety and treatment. The treatment effect can improve the physical and mental status of the patients
