团体心理护理在尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨团体心理护理在尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年1月48例尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者作为对照组,给予常规护理;选取2016年2月~2017年2月48例尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者作为研究组,在常规护理基础上实施团体心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组化疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理6周焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组和护理前(P<0.05);研究组护理6周癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分优于对照组和护理前(P<0.05)。结论:团体心理护理可提高尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者的化疗依从性,缓解负性情绪,改善生活质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of group psychological nursing on bladder instillation chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods： From January 2015 to January 2016,a total of 48 cases of transurethral resection of bladder tumor underwent bladder instillation chemotherapy were selected as the control group,were given routine nursing care; from February 2016 to February 2017,a total of 48 cases with transurethral resection of bladder tumor underwent bladder instillation chemotherapy were selected as the study group,were given group psychological nursing based on routine nursing care. The effect of two groups of nursing was compared. Results： The study group＇s chemotherapy compliance was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. 6 weeks after the nursing,the study group Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS） scores were significantly lower than those in the control group and those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. In the study group,the quality of life（ EORTCQLQ-C30） score of the cancer patients in 6 weeks was significantly better than that of the control group and that before the nursing care（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Group psychological nursing can improve the chemotherapy compliance of patients with bladder tumor after transurethral resection of bladder tumor,relieve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life.
