摘  要:这是一个形象可以赢得发展机会的时代!全力推进成德同城化,提档升级德阳城市形象十分必要,然而完美的城市形象应该"形神兼备"。所以,从历史文化内涵上挖掘,充实这座城市的历史文化元素,增强其历史文化厚重感,才是城市形象的根本。课题研究以平原经济区一体化发展为背景,从城市文化地标建设切入,着眼城市营销,对德阳文庙——城市文化地标提档升级做了自己的思考与建议,意在助力地方以市场为导向,增强政府的城市营销意识,从战略到战术层面研究城市营销大课题,准确定位城市、差异化运作,提升德阳在成都平原"大都市区"发展格局中的竞争力!This is an era when image can win development opportunities. It is necessary to promote the urban integration of Chengdu-Deyang and upgrade the image of Deyang City, but the perfect image of a city should be the "unity of form and spirit." Therefore, it is fundamental of the city image to dig the connotation of its historical culture, to enrich the historical and cultural elements of the city, and to enhance the decorous feelings of its historical culture. This research project takes the integration development of the plain economic zone as the background, to propose some thoughts and suggestions on upgrading Deyang Confucius Temple, the urban cultural landmark from the landmark building of city culture and city marketing. It also intends to boost the city to be market-oriented,strengthen the marketing consciousness of the municipal government of the city marketing, research major city marketing topics from strategic to tactical angle, accurately position the city and differential operation, and promote the competitiveness of Deyang in the "metropolitan area" development pattern in Chengdu plain.
